What we collect
We collect only what is needed to answer you and to understand how the site is used.
- Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, preferred contact method and the message you write.
- Direct contact: the details you share when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp.
- Website analytics (Google Analytics 4): pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and which contact links (WhatsApp, phone, email, contact page) are clicked. This uses cookies and online identifiers.
- Hosting analytics (Vercel Web Analytics): aggregated page-view counts without cookies.
- A language-preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers whether you chose English or Arabic.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations or prequalification documents.
- To measure which pages and services attract interest, and to improve the website.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse of the contact form.
Who receives it
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website: our email delivery provider (Resend), which transmits contact-form messages to us; Google, for analytics; and Vercel, which hosts the site. These providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga that distinguish visitors, typically for up to two years. The language cookie lasts up to one year. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's browser opt-out add-on for Analytics. The site remains usable without them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request and for our business records. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Email Info@bariqsa.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
