How a barrier supply runs
Requirements and drawings
Confirm quantities, profile, markings and the delivery programme from the project drawings and specification.
Approval
Submit drawings, material information and records of previous work for the client's approval where required.
Production
Reinforced units cast in-house with inspection at each stage, then marked and fitted with reflective finish.
Delivery and placement
Units delivered to programme, then placed and aligned under a lifting plan and the approved traffic management plan.
Relocation and removal
Barriers moved with each traffic phase and removed at completion.
Safety and environmental control
Placing barriers means heavy lifts beside moving traffic, so the controls are specific to the task.
- Every lift runs under a lifting plan and permit, with cast-in lifting anchors inspected and certified lifting equipment.
- A banksman and an exclusion zone for each lift, and ground bearing checked before the crane or telehandler sets up.
- Work carried out behind a protected zone, in high-visibility PPE, under a traffic management plan approved for lane closures.
- Hands kept clear of barrier joints during set-down, using tag lines and push-pull tools.
- Safety management certified to ISO 45001, with a NEBOSH-qualified HSE officer assigned to major projects.
- Environmental management certified to ISO 14001 and quality management to ISO 9001.

Barriers with printed hoarding
Need a branded perimeter on a road frontage? We fix hoarding panels to the barriers we manufacture, so the barrier and the hoarding come from one supplier.
Site hoarding in RiyadhConcrete barriers, answered
What is a New Jersey barrier used for?
It is a precast concrete barrier with a sloped profile, used to separate traffic from work zones, close lanes, divide carriageways and protect site perimeters.
Do you manufacture the barriers yourselves?
Yes. We produce reinforced precast units in-house in Riyadh with inspection at each stage, so quantity, finish and delivery programme are under our control.
Can the barriers carry project markings and reflectors?
Yes. Markings, project codes and reflective delineators are applied to the approved drawing for each project.
Do you deliver and place the barriers?
Yes. We deliver, place and align the units, relocate them as traffic phases change, and remove them at the end of the works.
Can you supply barriers with hoarding fixed to them?
Yes. We have supplied barriers and hoarding together on the Dirab Road development in Riyadh. See our site hoarding page for the hoarding side of the package.
Have your barriers been through government prequalification?
Our prequalification submissions for New Jersey barriers and hoarding have been reviewed under the RCRC Roads Program. Requirements differ by project, so we submit drawings, material information and previous-work records for each client's approval.
What do you need to give a quote?
The quantity, the barrier profile or drawing, the delivery location, whether you need placement and relocation, and the programme. We respond within 24 hours.
