How a hoarding job runs
Survey and requirements
Site visit and measurement of the frontages, and agreement of the height, type, gates and any authority or client branding requirements.
Design and approval
Layout, elevations and graphic proofs prepared and approved before fabrication, with a mock-up where the client requires it.
Fabrication and printing
Steel frames, panels and gates fabricated and coated in-house, and graphics printed and laminated to the approved proofs.
Installation
Erected in phases to match the site frontages and traffic arrangements, with work at height controlled under the method statement.
Maintenance and removal
Regular inspection, repair and graphic replacement during the works, then dismantling and removal at completion.
Safety and environmental control
Hoarding is often erected beside live roads and public walkways, so these controls are part of every job.
- Safety management certified to ISO 45001, with a NEBOSH-qualified HSE officer assigned to major projects.
- A method statement and risk assessment for the installation, communicated to everyone involved before work starts.
- A permit-to-work system for high-risk activities such as work at height, using mobile scaffold towers as the working platform.
- Panels and posts lifted and handled to a planned procedure, with lifting equipment inspected before use.
- Traffic and pedestrian arrangements agreed with the authority where the works affect a road or walkway.
- Environmental management certified to ISO 14001 and quality management to ISO 9001.

Enabling works and site preparationSite hoarding, answered
What types of hoarding do you supply?
Steel and timber hoarding, printed and branded panels, and illuminated hoarding, with access gates and pedestrian walkway enclosures. The type is chosen to suit the site height, frontage and client requirements.
Do you fabricate the hoarding yourselves?
Yes. We fabricate the steel frames and gates and print the graphics in-house in Riyadh, so the finish, lead time and replacement parts are under our control rather than a subcontractor's.
Can you print project branding and renders on the hoarding?
Yes. Graphics are printed and laminated in-house, and layout and graphic proofs are approved before printing.
Can hoarding be fixed to concrete barriers along a road?
Yes. We install hoarding panels on New Jersey barriers for road and infrastructure works, and we manufacture precast barriers ourselves, so the barrier and the hoarding can come from one supplier.
Do you maintain, replace and remove the hoarding?
Yes. Maintenance, replacement of damaged panels and worn graphics, and dismantling at the end of the works are part of the service.
What do you need to give a quote?
The site location, the approximate length and height, whether you want printed or illuminated hoarding, any gates or walkways, and the programme. We respond within 24 hours.
